My Philosophy

  • Holistic Healing: I treat the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—recognizing the interconnectedness of all aspects of well-being.

  • Balanced Approach to Medication: I see medication as a valuable tool, but not the sole solution. It can play a role in the treatment plan when needed, but I prioritize a balanced, comprehensive approach.

  • Integrative Care: I believe the best outcomes are achieved by blending the strengths of Western medicine with the wisdom of Eastern healing modalities.

  • Non-Judgmental Listening: I approach each person without judgment, assumptions, or preconceived notions. I listen with compassion, meet you where you are, and work collaboratively to develop a treatment plan that aligns with your unique goals and values.

  • Empowerment Through Education: I am committed to empowering my patients with knowledge, helping them understand themselves better and supporting lasting, meaningful change.

A Note on Therapy…
